Hi Mary yes that looks like Lewie Grants what id give for one of his cream cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!!He used to come to Newhall on a Wednesday and I had cream cookie off the van Happy times Hazel

The Sinclair house was High Street, Kemp's Lane.

The building to right of picture with corrugated iron roof was Daniel Frasers ironmongers shop.which became Alexanders grocery store.which then became Ken Cummings butchers.the house with gate on left of picture is where Rosemarkie's bakery was.a family Gordon resided there for years.down from Lewie's shop is the Macarthur family.across opposite lived a Rosemarkie worthy Ina Bisset.who kept every in check.oh!happy day.shonny mhor from eilean dubh.
