This submission is one of three I submitted all just with title "Fortrose Cathedral" This is one of the buildings belonging to the cathedral. I do not recal precicely what it was. One of the others shows the cathedral itself alongside this building

This I believe was the Chapter House. The top part was used as a Court and the lower part as a mortuary in the 40s and 50s. I believe the top part was also used by the Freemasons.

Confirmed. It is/was The Chapterhouse.
