The house at the bottom left of the picture is Holly Cottage (see my comments on picture #22). My grandfather, John Denoon, was at one time a "flesher" and the building with the gable facing at the left side was the "killing house" - in Rosemarkie language "keelling hoose". When I lived there it was a ruin which we were forbidden to play in for safety reasons!
The small window in the back wall, to the left of the chimney (which had gone by my time) was hinged to open as a "door" to the back.
